About

Practice shaped through attention and inquiry.

Based in Delft, Juliano Vendemiatti is a Brazilian-born interdisciplinary artist, multi-instrumentalist, and somatic educator. He initiated Movement Studies Academy and currently serves as its Educational Director, establishing its interdisciplinary approach and shared learning culture.

His practice has been shaped by long-term study with teachers including Mia Segal, Toshiyuki Tanaka of Jardim dos Ventos, and José Maria Carvalho of Núcleo Viver de Dança. Alongside classes and workshops, he develops collaborative projects and research around mind-body education, spontaneous movement, and interdisciplinary improvisation.

His role at MSA is to steward curriculum, faculty dialogue, and educational standards while supporting an institution that can grow beyond any single teacher or method.
